A welcome ambassador for Pack 37

The New Member Coordinator reaches out to interested families, welcomes visitors, and makes sure new Scouts and caregivers know what comes next. It's a relationship-focused role—not a paperwork-heavy one.

01

Welcome visitors

Be a friendly first point of contact at meetings and Pack events.

02

Help families start

Share the calendar, answer basic questions, and point families to the right resources.

Follow up after a visit so interested families feel included and informed.
