Pack 37 FAQ

Questions, answered
without the runaround

Here are a few of the things families ask most often. Still wondering about something? Bring it to a meeting or ask in the Pack 37 community.

Who can join Pack 37?

Pack 37 welcomes girls and boys in grades K–5.

Do we need to attend Learning Gate?

No. We meet at Learning Gate Community School and welcome families from the wider community.

When and where do we meet?

We typically gather every other Thursday at 6:30 PM in Heron Hall at Learning Gate. Check the Pack calendar for the current schedule and event details.

How do I track my Scout’s progress?

Use Scoutbook to see completed adventures, check requirements, and follow your Scout’s progress throughout the year.

What are the annual fees?

There are two separate annual payments: $150 in Pack 37 dues, paid directly to Pack 37, and $118 during Scouting America online registration ($85 national fee plus $33 council fee).

What does family involvement look like?

Cub Scouting works best with families involved. That can mean joining your Scout at activities, lending a hand at an event, or sharing a skill with the pack.

What should we bring to a first meeting?

Just your family and your questions. Visiting a meeting is a great, low-pressure way to get to know the pack before registering.
